The Throat Chakra is our centre of truth and self-expression. It governs our ability to express ourselves through our opinions and voice.

The thread is made of nylon, strong and durable there is no need to remove if you are showering swimming gardening cleaning etc. With time the color might change. Please remove the bracelet in case of going for a massage that includes using oil or applying body oil in that case the color might change quickly.
