If Saturday delivery is requested, this must be specified in our comments section upon checkout. This option may only available for domestic shipments via Ground, Second Day Air and Next Day Air and not available for all shipping destinations.
All orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will automatically be charged $35 for UPS Second Day Air.

House of 29 offers free standard/ground shipping for most orders of $250 or more (within the continental United States, including all products and most other light-weight items and accessories). Some exclusions may apply.
Not included in the free-shipping offer are heavy and bulky items. For these items, and for orders under $250 you will see options for shipping methods and the corresponding costs during check-out.
For non-standard/ground shipments, expedited shipments, for orders over $250 you will see options for shipping methods and the corresponding costs during check-out.
WHO IS LIABLE FOR THE MERCHANDISE AS IT IS BEING SHIPPED?
House of 29 uses UPS as a carrier, unless otherwise specified.
For domestic shipments: we fully insure each order all the way to you, which means your shipment is risk-free in transit. For added security, we may require a signature for orders regardless of any signature waivers you may have with the shipping carrier. If you specifically request shipping with no signature required, you agree to release House of 29 from responsibility once the package has left our offices.
For international shipments: for your protection and added security, insurance for your shipment must be purchased at the time of checkout. For added security, we may require a signature for orders regardless of any signature waivers you may have with the shipping carrier. Risk of loss and title of merchandise shipped internationally will pass upon you, the importer, upon our delivery by our carrier (UPS). If you specifically request the option of shipping without a signature required and/or you waive insurance, you agree to release House of 29 from responsibility once the package has left our offices.
Everything we ship domestically is completely insured via our third party insurer. For international shipments, the customer must purchase insurance via our shipper, UPS at the time of purchase.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are an important part of how we serve our customers around the world. Please note that custom, brokerage and import taxes are not included in the purchase price for international orders. You will be charged duties and taxes by the shipping provider when they deliver your order. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP
We do our very best to ship every in-stock item and order within 24 hours of its being placed during our normal hours of operation. Our normal hours of operation are Tuesday-Saturday 11am-5pm. We are available for private appointments. We do offer extended holiday hours.
If part of your order is In Stock and ready to ship and some of your order consists of Made To Order items, which have a lead time, we will partial ship and ship out what is in stock right away.
For Made To Order items, please be sure to check out the Lead Time listed on the product page.
If a portion of your order is not currently available, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Orders placed and received by 2 pm EST Tuesday-Friday should be shipped out that day.
Orders placed after 2pm EST Tuesdays-Thursdays will begin processing for shipment the following business day.
Orders placed and received on or after 2pm EST Fridays-Mondays should be shipped out on Tuesday.
The arrival of your order - if shipped UPS Ground - will depend on your location, but please estimate about 3-7 business days from the day it is shipped.
UPS 2nd Day Air will arrive two business days after it is shipped. (If your order goes out on Tuesday, it will arrive on Thursday.)
UPS Overnight will arrive the following business day after it has been shipped.
Saturday delivery must be specified.
If you choose to ship your orders to multiple locations, there will be additional charges for each destination.
You can select to send a package to:
Billing Address- the same address as your billing address for your credit card
Shipping Address- an alternate address for you, or, if the item is a gift
A tracking number will be emailed to you via UPS and/or by House of 29. Please be on the lookout for this in order to track your package.

RETURNS
We want you to love your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer exchanges or store credit, in the form of an electronic gift card, within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Merchandise must be received in its original condition, unused, undamaged, with tags attached. No refunds are provided.
Final sale items include: all sale items, made to order items, earrings used to pierce with during our Luxury Ear Piercing Events, items purchased that are part of a Pop-Up Event or Trunk Show.
Periodically, specifically during holiday times, return times may vary. Please inquire to see if this may be applicable; this and any extension of length of return time, must require written approval by House of 29.
All returns for store credit and exchanges require approval.
Store credits may be used towards purchases on houseof29.com or in our NY Brick & Mortar store.

HOW TO RETURN
All returns of merchandise purchased on this website require prior authorization. Please email concierge@houseof29.com to obtain a return authorization number.
This return authorization number, must be clearly listed on the outside of the package when returned.
All merchandise must be in its original condition, original tags, unworn. Original packaging and gift boxes must be included when returning merchandise.
In the case of merchandise returns, shipping charges will not be refunded, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the shipper, except in cases of mistakes by House of 29. All returns require prior email authorization and a return authorization number, which must be clearly listed on the outside of the package.
House of 29 cannot be responsible for return merchandise prior to our receipt. Please consider fully insuring your package and requiring a signature upon receipt. Items returned without authorization and void of a return authorization number will not be eligible for the exchange of store credit applicable to the amount of the original purchase. Refund or store credit will not be given for merchandise refused on delivery.
Once you have your return authorization number (be sure to write it on the outside of the box), please ship the package back to:

In the event that House of 29 receives the merchandise back and it is not in its original condition or form, or, it shows any wear and tear then House of 29 has the right to not issue a store credit. If the merchandise is not in its original form, then House of 29 has the right to charge the customer for a portion or all of the item.
House of 29 can choose this option, of not issuing the store credit, no or any other option that is legally available to me.
REFUND OF STORE CREDIT
The refund of store credit will be issued in the form of an electronic gift card within 2 business days, which is stored in our computer data base, of the individual who placed the original order. An email will be sent confirming the issuance of the store credit to the individual who placed the original order. This store credit may only be used by, or with the prior written authorization of, said individual.
The purchaser (and the recipient if different that the purchaser) will then receive an email confirming the application of the store credit to the purchasers account.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order is placed and an order confirmation is generated an order is not able to be cancelled.
