Customer service is our top priority and here at House of 29. We always strive to offer the most exceptional & personal level of customer service possible. We love assisting our customers in finding just the right item for the right occasion. Coveting something from one of our designers, but we are out of stock, or, we do not currently carry that specific item...again, just ask us! Chances are we can get that item in just for you!

Need something by a particular date, feel free to reach out and we will do everything we can to make that happen.

We recognize the fact that by shopping online you do not have the same ability to touch, feel and try on items as you do in our brick and mortar store. Always feel free to call/text or email us and one of our personal shoppers can definitely assist. We are always happy to send additional images of products, Facetime, make personalized videos, send an additional selection of items and most importantly….help give styling advice, as that is what we are known for! We love personally shopping and personally styling for our customers.

Is your purchase a gift?

We offer COMPLIMENTARY GIFT WRAPPING! After you add something to your bag and view your cart, simply add an order note requesting us to gift wrap your item. Please also let us know if you would like a gift message included and the verbiage of such note. Feel free to contact us as well to fill us in on any gift wrapping/gift message needs.
