About The Designer

Le Jean was born from a vision to produce beautiful retro button fly jeans with quality stretch technology in pure indigo cast denim. Industry veteran Charlie Gay mixes the European edge with California ease to cast a new take on vintage denim, taking influence from its British origins. Using ethical and sustainable development methods, the collection is made in Los Angeles. To build a luxury jean, Le Jean utilizes handmade buttons from Italy, sand washed leather back patches and silk pocketing.

Le Jean utilizes laser and ozone devices to reduce water usage and energy consumption to mitigate the environmental footprint. Hangtags and Le Jean labels are often made from recycled materials.
