About The Designer
An industry leader in accessories, Lisa 'Lele' Sadoughi has over 20 years experience designing maximal costume jewelry, collectable headbands, jeweled sunglasses, specialty handbags, and more. Originally from Dallas, moved to New York to design for Rebecca Taylor, Ippolita, Banana Republic, Anthropologie, and Neiman Marcus, to name a few. In 2006, she launched the first ever jewelry line for J. Crew and grew the business significantly over the next five years, creating pieces that are still sold today. Lele held the Jewelry Design Director role at Tory Burch before starting her own brand in 2012.
Initially a jewelry line, Lele Sadoughi has expanded to other categories to become the ultimate accessories destination. Lele is best known for her iconic knotted, jeweled headbands, and wildly colorful and playful jewelry. The company has grown with the support of over 150 global retailers and has been worn by countless female leaders such as Kate Middleton, Lady Gaga, Nicole Kidman, Mindy Kaling, and Naomi Campbell.
Mix the Lele Sadoughi Gold Pebble Stud Earring with a crystal-studded silk headband and oversized tortoiseshell shades for that "I woke up like this" vibe. Throw in a chunky gold chain necklace and a structured leather belt to keep things balanced and modern. Layer on a delicate pavé cuff and silk scarf at the neck for a texture-packed daytime moment that feels effortlessly put-together. Picture yourself at Sunday brunch with your crew at a moody corner bistro, catching the light just right. Or gliding through a Tribeca gallery opening where your accessories do the talking. Even better—cocktail hour on a rooftop with colleagues, where these studs catch every golden hour glow.
We adore all things Lele! If you are on the hunt for a specific Lele item that you do not see on our site-reach out to us...chances are we can special order it just for you!

Each piece of Lele looks fabulous worn alone or layered with other pieces from the collection. Do not be afraid to go bold! From a simple white tee and jeans to a ball gown, each one of her accessories can complement and literally make any outfit. The Besette style headband, named after its namesake Carolyn Bessette Kennedy, can be worn minimalistically on its own, or with other statement Lele pieces, such as a fabulous pair of Lele statement earrings, for a classic Lele moment.
To preserve your Lele Sadoughi products, we recommend storing in Lele's cloth pouches and avoiding contact with harsh substances like perfumes and hairsprays. Items with plated metals naturally tarnish over time when exposed to body oils and other natural elements. Please handle with care, as excessive dropping, wear and tear, and improper transport can contribute to damage over time.
